Lebensfeuer Helper Software not installed

To use all upload features in the analysis portal, please download and install the software "Lebensfeuer Helper".

Please note: The software will be activated automatically during the uploading process and cannot be started manually.

If you have already uploaded measurements prior to 02/2014, you can still upload them by using the button "Start" in your Lebensfeuer software program. But you can also download the new software "Lebensfeuer Helper" to use all the new comfortable upload tools.

Problem solving

Please double check the following if you have already installed the "Lebensfeuer Helper":

• The computer was restarted after the installation process.
• The Autonom Health analysis portal is not running in another browser or browser window.
